Plotbase is a platform developed by ACO Advisors, a Canadian firm based in British Columbia. Our team has spent its career building social-impact companies across the healthcare, legal and environmental industries — fields where software carries obligations heavier than convenience: patient records that must be right, legal instruments that must hold, environmental data that must stand up to scrutiny years later.
Cemeteries sit squarely in that tradition. A burial register is one of the few civic records expected to outlive everyone who created it — a public trust, a legal record and a family’s history in the same ledger. We built Plotbase because that kind of record deserves software designed for permanence, not adapted from generic asset management.
Permanence
Records are never silently rewritten. Corrections are posted, originals are kept, and the audit trail answers who, what and when — forever.
Honesty
Plain answers about what the product does today and what it doesn’t do yet. We would rather show four things working than gesture at eight.
